House Plant Doodle Make
Plant life drawing and abstract image-making workshop with Woody.
A space full of pencils, paper and plants awaited budding young artists aged from 7 to 10 years old this time at the Founders Room in the Brighton Dome.
A full house of children got inspired by real life plants, got introduced to Henri Mattisse's paper cuts and David Hockney's drawings; and then went on to create your own paper house plant.
Children learnt how to experiment with materials; gain confidence with abstract image-making; developed new ways of looking and then recording visual information.
