Colour In Monday is a new colouring group for adults and launches this May in Brighton during the city’s most creative months.
The Open Market meeting room will be turned in to a colour station with supersized colouring-in sheets and art materials. Colourists are invited to engage with uncluttered graphics, journey-bound characters and plenty of space for colouring off-piste. It’s not the usual child’s play, but then this isn’t for children.
There’s a strong design element to the group created by Woody (the market’s illustrator-in-residence). The communal aspect of colouring-in together promotes calmness and will brighten up the start of your week. Pop up for a quick colour or stay for the full session.
